The Kingston Pillar is an easy-to-use pillar, which is available in white or ivory (to match the sugar paste colours).

Each pillar consists of 1 column, 1 hexagonal top, 1 hexagonal collar, 1 round top and 1 round collar.

The pillar is made of food grade plastic and can be inserted directly into the cake, eliminating the need for dowels.

Once the column is in place the collar will slide over the column and rest on the level of the cake (so no more worries if the cake is not quite level!) There are 2 notches on the bottom of the pillar allowing you to cut the pillar to an alternative length using just a kitchen knife.

The pillars are sold individually and come with both the hexagon and round tops and collars.
